果蔬冷庫安裝設(shè)計(jì)過程中要防止水蒸氣的擴(kuò)散和空氣的滲透。設(shè)置防潮隔熱層，使冷庫安裝后具有良好的密封性和防潮隔汽性能。冷庫安裝設(shè)計(jì)過程中，冷風(fēng)機(jī)宜選用自動(dòng)控制融霜的設(shè)備。應(yīng)有合理的融霜程序，還有冷風(fēng)機(jī)翅片感溫器，防止過多加熱。

冷庫機(jī)組位置離蒸發(fā)器越近越好，且易維修，散熱良好。冷庫機(jī)組散熱器安放位置離冷庫機(jī)組越近越好。冷庫機(jī)組銅管需分別穿保溫管與同方向電線一起用空調(diào)扎帶一起包扎好，盡量走直管線并分段固定。電線排放除用空調(diào)扎帶扎好外，需用波紋軟管或走線槽穿管保護(hù)。
