1. 冷庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)的方案。一般是根據(jù)客戶的需求，冷庫(kù)建造廠家派工程師或技術(shù)同事和客戶詳細(xì)溝通后，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)確認(rèn)后設(shè)計(jì)出合理的方案，其中包括：制冷系統(tǒng)的確定、庫(kù)房布局、材料、設(shè)備、配件的合理配置、電控、溫控的配置等等。

2. 冷庫(kù)冷風(fēng)機(jī)的安裝：冷風(fēng)機(jī)的安裝位置最好在空氣循環(huán)最好的位置。冷風(fēng)機(jī)應(yīng)該與庫(kù)板之間保持一定的距離，一般要大于冷風(fēng)機(jī)的厚度，例如冷風(fēng)機(jī)厚度為 0.5m則冷風(fēng)機(jī)與庫(kù)板之間最小距離必須超過(guò)0.5m方可。

3. 冷庫(kù)制冷機(jī)組安裝：一般小型冷庫(kù)都安裝全封閉式制冷機(jī)組，而中大型冷庫(kù)則安裝半封閉制冷機(jī)組。在制冷機(jī)組安裝結(jié)束后需要安裝配套的油分離器，并加入適量機(jī)油，如果冷庫(kù)預(yù)設(shè)溫度低于零下15℃的話還應(yīng)該加入冷凍機(jī)油。

5. 冷庫(kù)電控制系統(tǒng)的安裝：在各個(gè)連接點(diǎn)處都必須進(jìn)行標(biāo)記，方便日后維修、檢測(cè)；所以電線必須用綁線進(jìn)行固定；做好防潮工作，防止電線進(jìn)水導(dǎo)致短路。
